Did Lucas continue to fit these for BSA after 1940 or so, or was it discontinued ? If so, how did they stop the wiring from becoming trapped ?

If they were only early-war BSA but continued for Norton, that might explain why we think of them as mainly a Norton item ?

Got mine but haven't taking the wiring apart yet to feed it through!
