Hi, can anyone please tell me the original colour paint on the Vokes tank top air filter? Thanks JT

Here is an original John. This one a Sort of Olive Drab I guess. But I can't believe that Vokes would have sprayed over the label otherwise what is the point of it? I've no idea if they were sprayed in service colour at the Vokes factory or painted to match the bikes at motorcycle factories? All the Talflow filters I've seen were despatched in red oxide primer to be finish painted when fitted.

I've gone with painted to match the bike? Ron
