Could it be a mixed up parts bike?
As it have valanced rear mudguard ..and what it looks like a small fueltank and 6.5 inch headlamp.
Am i correct that bsa stopped with the valanced mudguard after framenumber 25000.

A shufti in the Key Cards might indicate if it had a rebuild serial number. In all probabilty, the WD stock number for an M20 rear mudguard never changed and valance or not, it would have been stocked, issued and fitted regardless.

A nice picture, the padlock on the toolbox is interesting, as is the rear saddle, is it on sideways?

Rebuild serial number indeed: C1411417. So it is indeed a mishmash.
