That's OK and will run fine...I've used them many times...Certainly it's a common feature of after market pistons but for the life of me I can't remember if BSA ones are like that!...Ian

Many thanks for that mate I have seen it on eBay ex AA or something no pin in, the other pin I have is good though for the plus 30 M20 piston
If you need new circlips BSA circlips are the same as readily available Triumph T140 wire clips...Ian
