Hi guys just fitted a DVR2 to my G3L caught seem to get it working . I put my old regulator back on all working fine . Tried another dvr2 sti won't work am I missing something . All wired ad per instructions .do I have to bolt the unit to earth ?
It doesn't need to be earthed. It has a separate earth wire. Have you got the correct polarity (Neg earth) DVR2's Or has your dynamo been polarized to Poss earth?
But if your original regulator works! Why bother changing it? Ron
