Are you sure the bore size is 95mm? A standard bore for a M20 is 82mm.

I've got an M21 crank in mine and fitted an 85mm piston (635cc) but I've since fitted a new liner and standard 82mm piston. Ian and others have fitted a 90mm piston with an M21 crank for 720cc. I don't know how safe a 95mm piston would be? Ron

AH! The piston I used was from the "long Conrod" B33 engine. But it only works with an M21 crank and gives 633cc. I expect Ian will be along with information regarding a bigger piston for a standard M20. Ron

Hello Ron, that was my mistake, I meant 85mm. I need something at least 85mm with the gudgeon height to suit an M20 crank, do you know what might suit? Thanks, Pete
