Many moons back I made a tool for pulling off the M20 crankshaft pinion...Unfortunately, it didn't return home after going out on loan...Since then I've used a modified 3 leg puller to do the job but it's not ideal...
Has anyone else produced/obtained a tool for this job?...If so I'd be interested in seeing a photo here...I'm always interested in any idea that might turn out to be better than mine before making a new tool specifically for the job!....Ian

Thanks for the suggestions..Something along the lines of the ball joint splitter is worth looking into....Any other examples of a tool out there?...The tool I made previously was also a 'one piece' job which I found much easier to use that a 'legged' puller....Ian
