I've just read Rob's reply and there is clearly an error somewhere in the Key Cards. WM20 79806 was not an S1048 machine. It fell under C13290. C5117423 would have been WM20 84023 and 5117425 84025. Were they entering the engine number on the Key Card ? Please no ! :grimacing:
