Is that the "TT" of the 50th Tyne Tees Infantry Division, if so that could be the 2nd Bn Devonshire Regiment.

What does it say on the blackout mask, and could you send me a better scan please.

It says 'The Angel Islington'. Cap badges look like the 'Devons'. Gut at the back right is wearing a Luftwaffe belt & buckle.
