Wrong carb + toolbox is missing.
We have seen them in a much worse condition.

Nice bike indeed, good start for a project. Engine and framenumber are both not original, it is impossible to find out the original date of manufacture. ☹

Thanks for your input he going to carefully remove the paint as he can definitely see the letters WM under the overstamped numbers.
