Re: WM20 Restoration Proceeds

I vaguely remember seeing a pinned instruction on uploading images but can't seem to find it. there is some info here:

https://pub37.bravenet.com/forum/static/show.php?usernum=3155626639&frmid=16&msgid=1433618&cmd=show

It takes a bit of getting used to but once you become familiar with it, no problems. For me, as I age, remembering it all the next time can be a problem so I need to re-learn it every couple months. Charlie, you can send me the images and I can upload them for you if you get stuck.

if there is not an upload guide, I could write one for the technical section? Let me know if that might be useful.

Re: WM20 Restoration Proceeds

Thanks I really want to figure out how to post pictures.
This 1944 WM20 sure was neglected. Nothing but rust, nasty paint and grease/dirt filled everything else. Almost every part is clean now. Just waiting for the weather to turn drier primer the parts.

Charlie this is what you do:-
Go to this site https://imgbb.com/
Click " Start Upload"
Pick your picture (Up to 2MB in size is OK)
Click "Upload"
From the Embed Codes drop down menu pick "HTML Full Linked"
Then just copy and paste the gobbledygook writing into your post on the forum.

Re: WM20 Restoration Proceeds

Thanks Ron I will give that a try.
Very nice fall weather today. The low humidity makes it great for painting.

This is a base coat over primer.
Trying to find the best color available here in the States. My son has lots of US OD. I am looking for a closest match to 1944 British paint.
