WM20 18373

From a national newspaper site...C4170587 from contract C6126...Displaying the '41' and blue / white sign of divisional signals. I calculate it would have been frame number 18373....it's not on Henk's list of survivors. Is it in the Key Cards ?

Re: WM20 18373

Thanks Rob, the battleddress with SD cap is a classic pre-war regular R.Sigs look through 1940 to 1941. It probably had quite a hard life after that.

The petrol tank is very shiny.

Re: WM20 18373

There is a "41" on signals white over blue listed for Corps troops. Could the top of the white section be incorporating the white Corps bar?

['The petrol tank is very shiny..']

It's probably had a wipe over with the proverbial 'oily rag'....(oil and paraffin mix)....Ian
