im looking for the 4 long girder fork bolts for my 44 M20, the threads arent that great so i thought it would be a good idea to replace them.
If they cant be found in good shape what alternatives are available

Kevin they're just a 5/16" rod with the required length 26tpi thread on each end. a nut is welded/brazed on the short thread, the weld/braze is filed to a dome shape. Ron

Buy some 5/16" EN16T rod off Ebay and thread each end 26tpi cycle thread as I did.
