A new buy of a tiny mirrored photograph, I had hoped to get more detail from it.

I think its a BSA but what year and model?, the sidecar chassis looks like Norton apart from the coil springs under the front? and the logo on the sidecar, is it NFS AFS or a factory emblem?

Looks like 20" front wheel. So M23 from 1939 or 1940. Or 1939 M24 perhaps?

I agree. The circular tank badge was only used on M23 and M24, so most likely an M23 since the M24 didn't have sidecar lugs.
