K.Faibis Sidecar, Isreal

In 1993 I bought in Israel a BSA M20 from 1942 with a sidecar from K. Faibis, Haifa, Isreal.
Are there any informations about this sidecar-manufacturer from Israel?
I have some pictures from the M20 with the sidecar, but don´t know to load them up..
