Hi all,

I'm currently busy completing my 1944 project BSA. i've read somewhere that the steering damper was removed on late war M20's.
Is it only the damper knob that was removed and replaced with a non adjustable nut or is it the whole assembly that was removed?
Just so i know what parts to look for. Any assembly drawings would be greatly appreciated.

The whole steering damper was deleted. Ron

The capped nut which had had a hole through it to allow for the steering damper rod to pass had the hole deleted and was therefore an enclosed cap.
