The writer of this text probably used to write in Sütterlin-script, which makes it difficult to read the ( "modern" )handwritten text. The first name Fredie is not common in Germany. It may be possible this translation of script and language has 1 or two minor errors. Bundesfreuns/Federal-Friend can mean anything in Germany. From Bismarck to USA. Ask Schiller!

OK Jan! I think you are right! In St. Arnold there are several small lakes. So it makes sense.
