Old Compressor - HELP

Dear all.

I have a question about an old Compressor, a friend of mine has got a vintage Compressor and it is an English one, so any information about it will be appreciated.

On some pictures from the internet I think it could be build around 1900-1920....because it looks very old. The problem is I didnt find any Compressor from this company or model.

Thanks for all your information.

Re: Old Compressor - HELP

What does he need to know?
These are pretty simple ones to restore.
He can make his own gaskets.
Reed valves can be re-used if in good shape.
If the piston is ok, he can fit new rings and give the cylinder a re-sleeve to match it.
Bearings can be replaced.
No big match.

Yes thats his plan but he would like to know the year it was build... the year doesnt have to be exectley but a decade will do fine...
