It'll be for a rear sidecar fitting. Obviously only provided for the home market (And maybe the Antipodes) as there's not one on the other side. Ron

Is it not for a fitting for the rear stand return spring, as per the right hand side? My CO/B rear stand has fittings on both sides for a return spring, but only one fitted on the right hand side, as per the parts list.

I missed that Tom, and since I've just taken a proper look, it reminded me that I've wondered why the stand has provision for a spring on the left? Ron
