How do I post photos?????

Guys so can’t find out how to post a photo on this forum???

I use this site Simon https://imgbb.com/ pick "HTML Full Linked" from the "Embed Codes" menu. Copy and paste. I don't know how any of it works from an Iphone though? I only use a PC for such things. Ron
