Looks like civilian bikes, I think. I found these photos in my mother's collection. Just after the liberation. She's in the middle of the women of the first one. They were in the same resistance group. In the second her friend stands behind.

I think you're right Michel. Good eye! Possibly both are DKW NZ500?

I'll throw my hat in and say I think the top one is an NSU ZDB201 because of the front mudguard rear stay and the outside hinged brake lever.
The bottom one is more likely a DKW SB200 or 250.
