Is this in Oz? I see he's taken off the battery, though it looks to be still connected, but what's happened to the oil and petrol?

I see the sump guard is off...I can only think he's attending to broken sump plate studs or a stripped crankcase drain plug thread..Ian

Must be a post war civilian bike. It has a tax disc and what looks like an MU42 headlamp rim clip......Strange front/stone guard on the headlamp? Ron
