Triumph 3HW RASC?.

Malines Belgium 17th March 1945,that is what is written on the back of this photo,is it RASC ?? petrol tank markings.

Is the serial '1384' ? These 21st Army Group serials are not fully documented, but Hodges & Taylor have '1381' as 322 Transport Company RASC and 1392 as an unknown General Transport Company RASC so it seems likely. Certainly the lower left to top right diagonal bar indicates 21st AG. His cap badge looks like RASC too.
