I have a pwk carburetor that a vintage motorcycle mechanic had me put on my m20. It is a pwk and I changed the jet to a 170 like the manual says and moved the needle to the number 2 spot. Has anyone installed one of these and can you tell me the settings the worked best. Jet size? Which spot in the needle? Fuel air adjustment? Idle adjustment?
I don't know if a Japanese jet size is the same as an Amal jet size. (A boffin will be with you soon to help). I have a 626 Amal on mine and it works a treat, even though its a bit worn. If you don't have any luck with the PWK, maybe that is something you can try?
