Another WM20 rear stand bolts question

The rear stand bolts on my WM20 are an odd pair. The left hand one has a hex size 5/16 BS, the right one 18mm. Otherwise they fit & do their job but are a bit worn. I've read the other 2 threads on these bolts & presume the BSA part mentioned (24-6058} fits both sides?
Any current suggestions as to who might have them?
Thanks if you can help.

Re: Another WM20 rear stand bolts question

I would ring Les at Russell Motors first or try C&D Autos. Heads up though, I'm pretty sure you will have to remove the whole wheel and brake drum to fit the N/S bolt and lock nut. Ron

The bolts (and nuts) are the same on both sides...Ian

Re: Another WM20 rear stand bolts question

Not uncommon to have the RHS fall out and be replaced with a standard CEI bolt going through a sleeve.

Re: Another WM20 rear stand bolts question

The original hex was .782" which as far as I know was BSA's own size, which I have only found one spanner to fit which is a BSA one. The 18mm one is probably 3/8 whit which give or take a thou or two is the same.

Re: Another WM20 rear stand bolts question

Originals are 23/32 Hex size.
S Series Slopers use the same rear stand bolts as well

Re: Another WM20 rear stand bolts question

Thanks for the replies folks. Ron, I'll definitely have to take the wheel out before the nearside nut goes on.
