Yes there is a rifle scabbard attached to the pannier frame. It resembles a lot of the rine stone leather work that I’ve seen on 40s/50s Harleys. The guy I got it from bought it from a bloke in Sourthen Alberta who apparently had it for years. Not sure if it started it’s life in India. It’s missing wheels (rear hub is there) , tool box and front mud guard and prolly a bunch of small items.
