BSA M20 and trucks.

No details where photo was taken,but bike still has black out mask but not on trucks,could be early post war?

BAFO was British Air Forces of Occupation so it's post July 1945 at least...Are they RAF personnel though ?

It is a lovely picture, the blackout on the bike looks like a "DP", duel purpose with the flip up cover over the lower glass half. The serial on the tank has a "C" above the number so it would have been Army rather than RAF, but maybe it was transferred from one service to another?

The Bedford on the right could be an OW?
