Is there anyone who’d be willing to help identify a bike from a photo?

My grandfather was a dispatch rider and I only have one image of him on his bike, and there’s a very limited view of the bike.

Both those bikes are Triumph 3SW's (350 SV). Shame we can't see the whole census number, but I would hazard a guess at contract C5108 which were ordered in 1939 and delivered between Jan and Nov 1940. Ron
