Hi every one can any one identify these weather leggings ? They have a couple of strange features i have never seen before They have chains to the bottom of the legs for going under the heel of the boots and metal fastener clips instead of buttons to the bottom of the legs

There are an awful lot of civilian waterproofs covering over 100 years of motorcycling, unless it has a military marking or wartime date it may fall into this category? perhaps a picture would help. Rob

I have not been successful with pictures on the forum at the moment but i can send pictures to you on request . Iam Very certain they are military but with very unusual features , i did buy them to go with my m20
