1939/1942 rear carrier

Hi all
Can anyone post photos of original rear carriers used on Bsa m20

I have 2 but both are different slightly in as much as one has a flattened area to avoid the rear rib on the mudguard and the other doesn’t

The one which doesn’t - came from a 41 dated m20 originally

We’re there 2 types used ?

Best regards

John

Re: 1939/1942 rear carrier

Hi Mauro

Thank you for this

The carrier I have seen on your link is the late war type used to attach the pannier frame & bags

The carrier I am looking for was fitted to pre and early war bikes - it just sits on top of the rear mud guard

Any one got photos of these ?

Many thanks

Re: 1939/1942 rear carrier

Hi john

Thanks for this - I have the same illustration

I can’t post photos here as I use my phone to log on

It’s the rib in the centre I have the question on

I’ll have to keep on looking at restored bike photos
