Light Aid Detachment, I think its a Divisional REME repair and recovery unit. Rob
Very blurry but of the three bikes they all seem to have a large light roundel marking at the front of the fuel tank, perhaps an raf roundel? Steve
Very unlikely for 7th Armoured Division I would have thought? Rob
