Wondering if someone might be able to measure a exhaust valve lifter lever for me?

I have two broken levers - ie. I have 2 off the splined loop parts of the lever, and want to make the rest of the lever and weld together.

I'd need :

Over all length of lever :
Diameter of cable pin hole and outer diameter :
Thickness:
