Anyone seen this photo before or could tell me anything about it ?

Photographed at Liverpool Docks in late 1939. I'm 79x100 on HMVF and I see that I have referred to the rider as 'Callow' but can't now see where that came from. Maybe there was some PM correspondence or a post has been lost somewhere ?

I also have a copy of that photo which is captioned A A Callow on motorcycle 1940. The bike is a 1939 model KC10. Rivet counting! This picture was one that gave me information towards the different knee grips between the 39 and 40 WD C10's.....There are many, many other differences.....Rik I need help!! Ron
