Yesterday we had our annual commemoration at Don Fife's grave on Holten Canadian War Cemetery.
Hans brought flowers and the sign with the famous picture and additional info.
Erik was so kind to fire up his Dodge weapon carrier and drive us to the cemetery. It was good to see the smile on Hans' face.
On arrival we met Peter ten Dijke, a photographer of Canadian wargraves. He was so kind to take some of the following pictures;








We took a moment of silence and our thoughts were with all who gave their lives for our freedom. Lest we forget!
