Pipe for Air Release Valve – how to?

I have the complete venting valve for the crank case but am missing the pipe that should drip the excessive oil on to the chain. Currently it is dripping on the floor. I have mine screwed on the right hand side of the case. I want to install a copper pipe but don’t know how to route it to the left side (under the gearbox, I assume?) over the chain so it will oil the later. Any info and/or pictures will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance – Michael.

Re: Pipe for Air Release Valve – how to?

Guys, no one is having this pipe installed? Or a picture maybe?

Re: Pipe for Air Release Valve – how to?

Hi Michael, on the WM20 the breather is on the left side and the pipe is routed straight to the rearchain.

I think when you have the breather in the timingcover the pipe is originally routed between the frametubes and drips on the floor, like you have now. You can probably route it to the rearchain but that will take some nice curving.
