Hi guys. Good evening. After changing the system to 12 volts, I'm very happy with the results. Only thing left is to change the horn to a modern replacement (I don't like the currently 6 volt unit running under 12 volts). I am looking for a very present fully (loud?) and quality horn, yet not a gold plated one or an over expensive one. What shell I seek for? Thanks.

Some leave the original horn on it's place and add a small new horn, hidden somewhere.
It's a cheap and effective solution.

One more thing, often people use the old 6v horn when they change the system to 12v.
But i've read in the Classic Motorcycle that it may damage the horn...

That’s what’s happening at the moment, and I don’t like the result.
It is Clucking like a toad :smile: .
I need a modern 12 volt that will wake the dead 5 km away, but still will look normally (not original, but normal).
I know that Fiamm is a good product, but can not find on eBay what I need.

Many use the VW Beetle horn, which is loud, (Bosch)
There are also 12V Lucas alttete on eBay, or cheap copies
