Hi,
I have had the bottom bosses repaired to the front frame of my wm20 but I think the rear one needs reducing in width a tad.
When all built up nice and tight the distance between the plate is 63mm at the top and a shade or 64mm at the bottom.
Does anyone have a diagram with this kind of detail please?

Hi Scott.The frame lugs should be the same width as the engine & gearbox mounting lugs.On mine they measure 64mm. Check for wear on the engine & gearbox plates as well.If the bike was running with loose mounting bolts the wear will be apparent.Build up wear points with weld then grind flat.Don't forget the gearbox rear spacer,same width as the rest.Hope this helps.
