It looks like you can conclude that the engine is well made and should last a while in standard form mounted to a lawnmower!....Ian
His videos have been around for a while.
The earlier ones were very interesting as he ran the engine on a variety of fuels and with the high speed camera, slowed down you got a really clear vision of the ignitions and progression of the flame front.
I had hoped he would do a series with varied valve timing and ignition timing.
Naturally the end point will be to run to destruction, but those SV briggs are way over engineered, rather like a certain motorcycle some of us might be familiar with.
a color tune does the same job which is why I keep rabbiting about them.
