I'm about to fit my rear stand kindly supplied by Ian. I've got NOS rear stand bolts, spring washers and nuts supplied by Russell Motors. My question is where do the spring washers go ? Do they go behind the head of the bolt ? Best Regards, Jon Sewell.

i'm pretty sure they go under the nuts. Will they actually fit on the pivot part under the heads? Ron

Ron, the spring washers are quite large having an internal diameter of 7/16" that matches the diameter of the bolts. The nuts as you may recall are 5/16" to fit the ends of the bolts where they reduce down.

Well the spring washers are listed in the parts list but I don't seem to have any on my bike. Something to address next time I take the wheel out. But if they are 7/16" then they must belong under the bolt heads. Ron
