I would like to replace my mechanism to a rod and skip the cable as they always tend to get loose. I think a rod will be a much better and reliable solution. I have that threaded "nut" welded on my front girder, but I will be happy to get ideas, dimensions, pictures and every other info about building one. Thanks a lot in advance - Michael
