Could be from New Zealand?

Certainly the officer with the lemon squeezer is a Kiwi and has NZ shoulder titles.The riders are wearing the Australian pattern helmet which could have been worn by Kiwis It would be good to see more detail of the female officer's uniform especially the cap badge.The truck looks more like an American Dodge which the NZ Army used rather than a CMP which they also used.
So could have been taken in NZ.
