Got the m20 running it sounds good and idles at a chug.But oil is flowing out of the timing case at the top through the hole where the mag/dyno abuts.Its as if the timing enclosure is full of oil. Any thoughts.

Is the oil return working properly - looking in the oil tank ?
If not, the crankcase will fill with oil, causing leaks like this.

And do you have a n oil seal on the magdyno ?

yes oil is returning to the tank. I dont know about an oil seal though whith the motor running there is a fair bit of pressure puffing and spitting out of where the mag/dyno joins the timing gears.

Check the crankcase breather too.
