I have a spare engine side cover with a broken quill I would like to repair.
Is it a press fit ?
And how best to remove it ?
Anyone done this before ?

Hi Mick,
yes they are a press fit in the cover. If you don't need to save what's left of the quill you can drill it out using progressively larger drill bits.
