Hi All
I know I'm a bit off the BSA mark here but wonder if anybody has come across this problem with a TRW.I know a few of you have one out there.
Been riding bike over past few weeks no issues, go to start it a few days ago and it was very hard to start and is very rough at low revs. Seems O.k. at higher revs. Will not idle and is producing a bit of black smoke when blipped which I took to be too rich.. Warmed it up and it seemed better with a little bit of choke and a bit better still with the volume control screw closed down.
Have stripped,cleaned and checked the carb but no improvement. Any idea's please.
I'm thinking its something to do with the cold start system but what?
