2 months is indeed a very fast time to get it all done. I may be a "Speed Merchant" as Ian suggests, but I can wait up to that sort of period for my magneto/carb/plating to get done. Let alone hunting for missing parts. One thing at least, parts for Harley's are easy to obtain...Like Jeeps. You say about time scale I did a Willys jeep restoration in 16 weeks inc a complete engine rebuild, was working on it till 11pm most nights though.
Just bought a WLA from East Germany to restore as well
