I'm not terribly well informed on the post-war KLG fitment lists but the F50 is a considerably hotter plug than the F70.
Although the KLG comments do indicate that the F50 is suitable for standard engines, they may have been thinking of OHV and side-valves are hot runners at the best of times.
Thanks Rob, making an accurate comparison across the period is almost impossible. At some periods brands are shown as equivalent and then suddenly they're not anymore.
Do the lists show any applications for the Champion 7 ? LV6/MT4 23285 - RAF 16.E 4259. They're 18mm with a 9/16" reach.
Thanks Guys, I will keep running the 3 point plug until I find a F70 {Running one in my b33 took me ages to find one} Or bite the bullet and fit my nos 777 that cost me forty quid, Yikes! Many thanks, John.
