I have a friend who is restoring a pre war Tiger 80 Triumph..

He's looking for valve springs, so the query is..
a)Does anyone know of a supplier for those?..
and b) If not does anyone know if they are the same as 3HW valve springs and if so is there a supplier for those?....

If the springs are not the same as the 3HW does anyone have the Tiger 80 spring part numbers?...

Ian the springs for T70, T80 and 3HW are the same and they don't comply with any of the other pre-war range. Inners= E1290 Outers= E1291. Geoff Meyers often had them so I guess you could start with Les, Ron

Ian, unfortunately the valves are all different. T70= In E1106 Ex E1107. T80= In E1135 Ex E1136. 3HW In E2116 Ex E2115. I don't know if it's anything to do with head or stem diam or type of material or what. I expect Brian can answer some of the queries and might even have a source? Ron
