I found a Matchless rear wheel for sale which has the drum fixed with 5 bolts. I think a wartime G3L has the drum fixed with 6 holes. And a postwar G3L(S) with 8 holes?

Does anyone know what period this wheel could be, maybe G3WO?
Would this wheel fit in a G3L frame?

the wheel is probaly from an early swinging arm model
