I received an invite to go to this event but don't think I will be making it to Normandy next June, but it may be that some of you fellas may be and might be willing to take part in this British vehicles event? Below is the wording
"we are looking for British vehicles and re enactors that are likely to be in Normandy on 6th June 2017.
We are looking to put a parade together to take place in Arromanches.
Please let any of your friends or fellow collectors know if you think they may be in Normandy next June.
We are looking for British manufactured or British marked vehicles please.

Is anyone going next year for a little ride out? I may go and if so rather be riding through Normandy like we've done in the past than be stuck in one place all day.. ]
The old DR gauntlets /MT gloves aren't going to cut it anymore.
I don't think that even my 'modern' gloves have a CE mark.
At least foreigners can't get licence points (removed in the French way)...but it may be a good idea to always carry cash for a fine and some modern gloves in the panniers.
