Hi, I know this sounds obvious, but I have checked the technical area and books and although they tell you what needs checking they dont say how. Things like oil levels so you can top up, hints and best ways of doing them. Is there a booklet on this subject.

Thanks, I have a 75 Norton but also a Haynes manual. What I don't know on my M20 is how to check oil level, what level to keep it filled to. Also the gearbox.

I top up the level in my oil tank to about 1/2" below the top of the return tube. The gearbox filler is also the level. Ron
